TMC+ offers walk-in medical care at all three of our locations in London and St. Thomas.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL WALK-IN CLINIC HOURS ARE SUBJECT TO PHYSICIAN AVAILABILITY AND MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
If you have a family physician, we encourage you to contact your family physician first whenever possible.

TMC+ St. Thomas — Walk-In Clinic

- Friday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
Same-day walk-in care is available for patients of all ages.
Walk-In Clinic Services
Our walk-in clinics can assist with a variety of medical needs, including:
- Women’s health, including Pap tests, breast exams and IUD removals
- Family planning
- Treatment of minor health concerns
- Bloodwork
- Vaccinations and injections
- Wart treatment (may not be OHIP covered)
- Medication renewals
- Blood pressure reviews
- STI testing
- TB skin testing
- Mental health concerns
- Skin tag removal
- Specialist referrals
- Suture and staple removal
OHIP-Covered TB Skin Testing
TB skin testing may be OHIP covered when required for admission to or continuation in a daycare, preschool, school, college, university or other educational institution, as well as qualifying Ministry of Health programs.
Non-OHIP Services & Fees
Some services are not covered by OHIP and require payment by the patient.
TB Skin Test — Work or Travel
- 1 Step: $60
- 2 Step: $80
Ear Flush: $30
Letters — Massage therapy, orthotics, back supports, compression stockings, etc.: $30
Sick Notes: $25
Forms — School forms, ODSP forms, school vaccine forms, LTD forms, workplace FAF forms, etc.: Starting at $100, depending on the length and complexity of the form.
MTO / Driver’s Medical / Third-Party Physical Examination: $160
School or Camp Physical Examination: $50
Non-Resident Visit Fee: $200
Walk-in patients are seen based on physician availability. Hours and capacity may change, and the clinic may stop accepting patients earlier than the posted closing time if capacity is reached.
